Acceptable use
Use the bot and dashboard lawfully and in line with the Telegram and Discord platform terms. Community admins are responsible for moderating their own communities; we enforce the baseline below everywhere.
Don’t post or send:
- Threats of violence, or content encouraging anyone to harm themselves.
- Slurs and hate speech targeting people for who they are.
- Sexual harassment, or sexual content involving minors.
- Targeted harassment of a person, including revealing their private information.
- Spam, scams, or malware.
- Content that is otherwise illegal where you or your community are located.
Blunt product criticism is not abuse. A feedback board that rejects harsh feedback fails at its job — “this feature is broken and I hate it” is fine. The list above is about attacking people, not products.
How we enforce this
Some content is refused at submission by an automatic filter, so it is never published. When something does get through, an admin can remove it, warn the author, mute them, or ban them; repeated violations escalate automatically. Banning someone also removes their posts from public view in that community.
Hidden and removed content is retained as a record of the violation, not deleted, so that a decision can be reviewed, appealed, or defended if a dispute arises. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep it and why. A ban remains in force even if the banned account is subsequently deleted.
If you believe a decision was wrong, contact [email protected] and ask for it to be reviewed. Tell us the community and roughly when it happened.
Service & availability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and rate-limit or remove abusive accounts or communities.
Paid plans, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed per community via Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay on a recurring basis, auto-renew each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard’s billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
